We had a really great experience with Anthony and Dani. As new home owners we had already had quite a few conversations with sales people, and we a started out pretty defensive. However, their style was nothing like the pushy tactics that we had experience with other companies. Dani was so kind to my dog and baby and worked around our family’s chaos with grace.
Dani explained step by step their process and did a thorough test on our home’s water. She told us what we already knew: the water is HARD. Super hard, uncomfortably chlorinated.
We had already been given similar quotes by multiple companies on water treatment systems. Between their customer service and the GE name, we felt comfortable with this company.
Anthony walked us through our options and what the process would look like in our home. Everything was very transparent and we were able to discuss before we made a decision, which is so different from the high pressure salesmanship we expected to experience. In my mind, if you have a quality product, you don’t have to trick someone into buying it under pressure. Their style gave me confidence that I was dealing with an above-board company.
